Operation Outreach is a mission in Dimension Fifteen/Battlestar Prometheus's Universe launch by President Adar about a year before the fall to find the Thirteenth Tribes and the planet name Earth. Commander Jonathan Turner was place in charge of the mission. It is also where the Battlestar Prometheus (Story) start off.

While the Battlestar Prometheus did find the Earth and the thirteenth tribes; however all it found was a nukes wasteland and determined that the thirteenth tribes has destroyed themself in a nukes war. At the same time that the Battlestar Prometheus is over the Earth, they receive word of the Cylon attack against the Twelve Colonies of Kobol.
